At Prep Baseball Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the diamond. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; custom or personalized gear is not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
